We have Junior Recruiter(Associate) and Senior Recruiter(Consultant) position as current openings.
①Associate/Senior Associate(Junior-level Recruiter)
●Focus on candidate side and manage the relevant parts of the recruitment process
●Conduct searches, identifying potential candidates that match client hiring needs and then present opportunities to candidates
●Run candidate meetings with or without a senior member of staff
●Support senior members of staff in assigned tasks
●Develop and maintain Apex’s database with accurate, up-to-date information
●Develop industry knowledge with aim to become specialist in a particular field
②Consultant/Senior Consultant (Experienced Recruiter)
●Work on both client and candidate sides and complete the whole recruitment process independently
●Work on business development
●Support development of junior members
●Develop and maintain Apex’s database with accurate, up-to-date information
