The role of the Associate Consultant is to eventually develop into a top end-to-end consultant and become a key player in our company. You will provide support to the team manager and other members while being mentored to learn consulting principles that will help you manage the entire process.

You will have the opportunity to develop relationships with some of the most talented professionals in Tokyo through networking and providing critical solutions, helping their recruitment processes run efficiently. At times you will be responsible for negotiating head on with senior management and executives to agree service contracts and drive new business development for our company.
