Advertising Sales for English Magazine & Website, Account Executive

<Who we are>
Business World Corporation has been the leading company of English publications in Japan since 1971. We publish the English restaurant magazine "WINING & DINING in TOKYO", run an English restaurant search website "JapanRestaurant.net" and an English portal website "Jselect.net." We also publish a digital magazine and provide restaurant information on FaceBook page and Instagram.

Additionally, we just started a video production service.
Due to business expansion and new sales team establishment, we are looking for media advertising sales representatives.

<Position>
Account Executive / advertising sales representative for English magazine and website.
Working conditions: Part-time, three days a week (choose from Monday to Friday)
Working hours: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

<Description of duties:>
To give advertising proposals to restaurants and companies that are targeting both foreign residents in Japan and foreign visitors. We aim to support their marketing and promotion activities.
- Market research to find potential clients
- Calling potential clients for setting up business appointments
- Make presentations, proposals, negotiate contracts
- Process management for advertising artwork
- Client management
- Customer service

<Qualifications and experience>
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Confident and capable of cold-calling
- Standard PC skills for Word and Excel
- Those who can join company within 1 month of receiving job offer.

<Requirements>
- Native English Speakers, Europeans or Japanese
- Conversational (or business) level Japanese ability
- Must currently reside in Japan
- Live within the Greater Tokyo Area
- Long-term Worker (at least one year)
- Sales experience and Japanese ability preferred.

<Remuneration>
Monthly Payment
High commission plus monthly basic allowance.
Transportation expense, monthly sales performance bonus.

Estimated monthly income for part-timer (Three days a week, excludes transportation expense)
￥170,000 / month (in case of ¥1million sales, about four contracts)
¥290,000 / month (in case of ¥2million sales, about eight contracts)
¥410,000 / month (in case of ¥3million sales, about eleven contracts)

Potential for rapid promotion. After several month experiences, there is a chance to be promoted to Full-timer / Sales Manager position depending on your sales performance.
Visa sponsorship is available, after promotion to full-time.

募集内容：英文レストラン情報誌「Wining & Dining in Tokyo」とレストラン検索サイト「Japan Restaurant.net」、日英ポータルサイト「J SELECT」の広告営業
雇用形態：業務委託外交員
勤務日：平日週３日（月曜日から金曜日から選択可能）
勤務時間：9:30am ~ 6pm
職種：営業、企画営業（法人向け/B2B)

主な仕事：新規開拓、テレアポ、プレゼン、契約、アフターフォローと一連の営業業務。

「Wining & Dining in Tokyo」は印刷版の他にデジタル書籍版をPC、携帯電話、iPadなどの電子書籍用端末から購読が可能です。FaceBookやInstagramなどのソーシャルメディアも活用し、英語と日本語でレストラン情報を紹介しています。

広告掲載プランなどを企画・提案します。
▼ご契約
売上に応じて歩合給を支給!
▼原稿のアレンジ
顧客レストランからコンセプト・おすすめメニューなどをヒアリングして記事案の作成。
英訳した原稿を、ネイティブのエディターが編集リライトします。
▼アフターフォロー・カスタマーサービス
掲載後も継続的にコンタクト。
レストランの新着メニューやフェアなどをSNSで紹介します。
