Active Gaming Media is a Japan based company which main focus is video game localization.

At the moment we are hiring for the following position:
Community Management & Customer Support

Key skills are:
- Manage and operate SNS and forums for promotional and support purposes
- Handle support inquiries
- Help prepare marketing materials

Job details and conditions are the following:
- Location: Tokyo
- Employment: Contract/Full-time (3 month trial)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day
- Salary: Based on experience
- Commuting expenses and national health insurance provided

Ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Proven strong and effective communication skills
- Able to take responsibility and initiative to ensure smooth progress
