Candidates will need
・Refined communication skills (written and verbal) business-level ability in both Japanese and English.
・Experience in digital marketing, in destination or tourism marketing would be a plus.
・University degree in Marketing or something comparable.
・Ability to multi-task and work pro-actively
・Strong leadership skills

Successful candidates will be involved in ll marketing activities of the Niseko Promotion Board such as:
- Tourism branding and planning and implementing a marketing strategy for domestic and overseas markets
- Planning and implementing digital marketing strategy for domestic and overseas markets
- Coordination with local organizations for better coverage by domestic and overseas media.
- Responding to enquiries in multiple forms (phone, email, text messaging etc.) and issuing e-mail newsletters.
- Building relationships with government bodies, tourism organizations and businesses.
- Conducting PR actions, write/issue press releases, prepare meeting materials in Japanese and English, and translating other documents between Japanese and English.

ニセコプロモーションボードの目的は、ニセコの自然を満喫できる通年型リゾート地として、全体的な観光基盤を改善し、国内、国外の観光客にアピールすることです。
ニセコブランドの確立や戦略的なマーケティングから、ニセコへの集客や観光産業をリードする意欲と有能な人物として、マーケティング業務担当を必要としています。
マーケティング／プロモーション・セールスのストラテジーを構築し、会員とのコミュニケーションを図り、組織内のニーズの把握と事務局とのリエゾン役として活躍して頂ける方を募集します。


仕事内容：
マーケティング全般
・海外・国内に向けたブランド構築、マーケティング戦略の企画立案、実施
・海外・国内に向けたITを含むプロモーション活動の計画立案、実施
・海外・国内メディアの受入れ準備、その他関係機関との調整全般
・国内外からの問い合わせに対する返答、ご案内（メールでの文章作成を含む）
・行政、旅行関連団体、企業との関係構築
・広報、プレスリリース、会議の資料作成（日本語・英語）、英訳・和訳など
・プロジェクトスポンサーの獲得

勤務地：

勤務時間：
①　9：00～18：00、休憩60分、実働8時間
②　年間休日相当分（104日）を除く日数、一日8時間相当。
上記勤務地における業務実施時間：平日9：00～18：00、休憩60分、実働8時間
①②ともに日祝日のイベント対応、国内外の出張あり。

応募資格：
●日本語と英語のコミュニケーション能力（筆記＆会話）を有する方
※英語/日本語 …ネイティブ又はビジネスレベル以上　　
●応募者の国籍は不問
●スキー（ウインター）リゾートでのマーケティング経験者又はMBA取得者
●PCスキル（ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント、ウェブなど）
●国内、海外出張が可能な方
●マルチタスク管理が可能な方、リーダーシップのある方
●普通自動車運転免許のある方（所有自動車を業務に使用可能な方）


待遇：
