英文雑誌＆サイト広告営業 Advertising Sales for English Magazine & Website, Account Executive (expired)

The leading company of English publication business in Japan since 1971.
We publish the English restaurant magazine "WINING & DINING in TOKYO" and run an English restaurant search website "Japan Restaurant.net". We also publish digital magazine and providing restaurant information on Twitter and FaceBook page.

Position: Account Executive / Advertising Sales for English Magazine and Website.
Working conditions: Part-time, three days a week (choose from Monday to Friday)
Working hours: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Lunch break: 12:00 p.m. ~ 1:15 p.m.)

Potential for rapid promotion. After several month experiences, there is a chance to be promoted to Full-timer / Sales Manager position depending on your sales performance.
Visa sponsorship is available, after promotion to full-time.

Main responsibilities include: Market research, setting appointments, presentation to clients, contract negotiation, correct artwork materials and client management.

Sales experience and Japanese ability preferred.

Remuneration: Monthly Payment
High commission plus monthly basic allowance.
Transportation expense, monthly sales performance bonus.

Estimated monthly income (Three days a week, excludes transportation expense)
JPY170,000 / month (in case of JPY 1million sales, about four restaurant advertorial)
JPY290,000 / month (in case of JPY 2million sales, about eight restaurant advertorial)
JPY410,000 / month (in case of JPY 3million sales, about eleven restaurant advertorial)

Requirements
*Native English Speakers or Europeans
*Conversational (or business) level Japanese ability
*Must currently reside in Japan
*Live within the Greater Tokyo Area
*Must have a proper Work Visa
*Long-term Worker (at least one year)

We seek active and social people. Good for person who want to work in international atmosphere and women whose children have grown up and who want to return to professional work as a part-timer. Our president have two children (4 and 10 year old) as well.

1971年より英文雑誌や書籍の発行をしています。英文レストランマガジン「Wining & Dining in Tokyo」の発行、英文レストラン検索サイト「Japan Restaurant.net」の運営をしています。印刷版の他にデジタル版をPC、携帯電話、iPadなどの電子書籍用端末から購読が可能です。FaceBookやTwitterなどのソーシャルメディアも活用し、英語と日本語でレストラン情報を紹介しています。

募集内容：英文レストランマガジン「Wining & Dining in Tokyo」とレストラン検索サイト「Japan Restaurant.net」の広告営業外交員（歩合制による業務委託）
職種：営業、企画営業（法人向け/B2B)
業種：メディア／出版／印刷
主な仕事：新規開拓、テレアポ、プレゼン、契約、アフターフォローと一連の営業業務。
勤務日：平日週３日（月曜日から金曜日から選択可能）
勤務時間：9:30AM-6PM（12PM-1:15PM ランチ休憩）
報酬：コミッション＋月額基本手当＋交通費＋月ごとのパフォーマンスボーナス（奨励ボーナス）

収入例：週3日勤務、交通費別途支給
¥170,000 / 月 (月間売上¥100万の場合、記事広告約４件)
¥290,000 / 月 (月間売上¥200万の場合、記事広告約８件)
¥410,000 / 月 (月間売上¥300万の場合、純広告５件)
