Cezars Kitchen, an onsite catering solution provider started two-decades ago in Japan and has patiently grown from one account to over twenty locations in three countries. The Director of Operations (Food Service) will join our senior leadership team to manage and drive the day-to-day operations of all units/accounts, existing and new. You will ensure current locations are given consistent support, feedback, and development while increasing year-over-year sales growth.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, detail-oriented leader who will join our senior management team. You need to be able to work independently, without supervision in a fast-paced, growing, changing a multi-national company. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations, including managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed and addressing administrative issues.
Responsibilities
1. Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
2. Support company's strategic growth as part of the executive team
3. Recommending and implementing changes to improve performance in food safety, hygiene, quality control, etc.
4. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects
5. Ensure consistency across all locations, all countries (continuous improvement activities)
6. In charge of maintaining and developing company SOP
7. Ensure company and client KPIs are met and exceeded
8. Support with openings of new locations, markets
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline or Culinary Degree
2. Minimum of five years of management experience
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Regimented task/project oriented person
5. Experience in the food industry (extensive F&B expertise/knowledge)
6. Able to work under pressure
7. Able to manage and meet multiple deadlines at the same time
8. Ability to work and strive with a high demanding supervisor
