Food and Beverage Service Specialist for World Renowned Hotel brands in Tokyo Japan



• We are looking for skilled Food and Beverage service specialist that can help us provide an excellent overall guest experience.
• Personnel who are willing to work FULL TIME or PART TIME Job.

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction
• Responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in the most courteous manner.
• Carryout all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rules and policies.
• Performing food and drink serving duties at dinners and special events while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly and efficient manner
• Establishes rapport with guests to build guest loyalty and gather constructive feedback to ensure satisfaction of every individual guest.
• Cooperate with all serving and kitchen staff
• Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products
• Check product quality before serving
• Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy


Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a (Food and Beverage specialist) waiter or waitress
• Must be able to work in all areas of the restaurant including, but not limited to, point of sale operations, payment exchange, beverage fulfillment and food delivery within dining areas. Position requires standing, bending, lifting, kneeling and walking the entire workday
• Attentive to details with ability to multi-task
• Demonstrate expertise in food and beverage components and presentation
• Restock server station supplies ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift
• Service orientation and excellent organizational skills
• Active listening and effective communication competencies
• Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during service and clean-up
• Food safety (HACCP) training will be considered a plus
• Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards
• Good interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
