Wanted staff at Ramen shop, this shop is known to those in the know.

At all our restaurants we have made “Dashi”(soup stock) from bonito thick shaving of Yaizu city in Shizuoka, and boiled-dried anchovies of Kyushu, and high class kelp of Hokkaido.
Ramen “Rakkan” is characterized by an amber soup which is a combination of soup stock, soy sauce stocked using a wooden bucket, and olive oil, and has received high praise from our customers.
The special shop "Ars Minami Aoyama" offers hot-pot dishes, oden, ramen using that soup. Inside the shop, you will find tea ceremonies of Ginza Ryuzendo and feel the Japanese culture.

Your job is a service staff or a kitchen staff.
Service staff, you are in charge of serving alcohols, waiting on customers and reservation management.
Kitchen staff, you are in charge of learning how to take our soup stock and cooking.
Since we are planning to open overseas shop in the future, we would like to ask you for your ideas.
At the time of shop openings, we would like you to success as you to manager.

静岡県焼津市産本鰹厚削り・九州産片口鰯の煮干し・北海道産の高級昆布から、お出汁を取っています。
らーめん楽観は、そのお出汁と、木桶仕込みの一等醤油、オリーブオイルを合わせた琥珀色のスープが特徴で、評価をいただいています。
お出し専門店「アルス南青山」は、その出汁を使った鍋料理、おでん、ラーメンを提供しています。店内は、銀座龍善堂のお茶器などを展示し、和文化を感じていただいています。

お仕事は、サービススタッフとキッチンスタッフです。
サービススタッフの方は、お酒のサーブ、接客、予約管理マネジメントをお願いします。
キッチンスタッフの方は、おだしの取り方から覚えていただき、調理業務をお願いします。
