描述

With the shifting business climate in Japan, internationally recognized entities are having difficulty finding globally minded employees who can communicate across cultural and linguistic barriers to suppliers and business partners abroad. Galileo is helping to fill this gap with both international and domestic staff who are willing to work in this type of environment.

Galileo currently has around 300 employees at locations across Japan. Most of our engineers are Japanese but in the last 3 years we have grown from 1 to 12% foreign employees (from 16 different countries), both male and female.

Anyone with at least 1 year of engineering experience is welcome to apply. Most of our jobs are in CAD design, 生産技術, 品質保証, aerospace and automotive based AI development.

You MUST be able to communicate in Japanese.

We are also welcoming new graduates and exchange students here in Japan (students who can communicate well in Japanese and majoring in the engineering field).
