Days Off:Sunday,Monday and public holidays are regular days off.Employee will be entitled to 10 paid vacation days after six (6) months of employment.In addition, Employee will receive 10 ‘special vacation days’ per annum, to be used during vacation times such as winter vacation, O-Bon or Golden Week. These special vacation days are subject to the same conditions as regular paid vacation days.
Working days: Mon - Fri, with occasional special events on a weekend day
Working hours : 8:00am - 5:00pm or 10:00am - 7:00pm (inc. 1 hour break)
Contract : yearly, renewable
Contract start : March , 2020
Transportation: all paid
Insurance: Social insurance, covering health, pension and unemployment (社会保険 = shakai hoken)
Starting salary is 250,000-270,000 depending on experience and qualifications
Teachers and children communicate in English through a range of listening, speaking, reading and writing activities such as story telling, song,craft, drama, phonics and dance.
★ Plan and deliver English immersion lessons and activities
★ Assess, monitor and report on student progress
★ Guide and support students
★ Participate in the supervision of students outside of class time
★ Adhere to professional policies put in place by Peter Rabbit Preschool Management
