Links Eikaiwa is a Mie based conversation school with two schools in Kuwana and Yokkaichi. We cater to a broad range of students offering services to young children, secondary students, adults and business people. The primary goal of all classes is to help students improve and reach their potential in a fun and relaxed environment.

We are looking for experienced Eikaiwa instructors for classes at our Mie School.

Candidates should have
* a bachelor level degree or higher (degrees in education are advantageous)
* experience teaching including at least one year Eikaiwa teaching.
* have a personable nature helping students relax while they are acquiring new language.
* the ability to teach exclusively in the target language without the use of Japanese.

Instructors are encouraged to
* be independent. While using source material teachers should be able to make their own consistent lesson plans without the need to rely on teacher`s books.
* be adaptable. Be able to challenge themselves to teach different types of materials and lessons. Instructors should apply themselves and improve while they are on the job.
* be able to manage classes and create fun enjoyable activities for students to learn from.

We are primarily focused on delivering lesson quality so we accept all applicants native and non-native. Hours and wages are more dependent on the quality of lessons than on pure qualifications.
