Clio International Pre School is hiring FULL TIME teachers for different positions, including management, for upcoming classes during this year and preparation for next school year.
Roles: teach different subjects (as math, science, songs, English language, reading, writing, fine and gross motor skills) in levels divided by each age, in English, for young learners (classes separate by ages, from 1 year and 6 months old, to 6 years old), being responsible for 1 fixed class for the entire year, with a Japanese bilingual partner teacher.
For these teaching positions, the school expects truly passionate educators, able to contribute towards children's development and education. For very early learners classes (between 1 year and 6 months old and 2 years old), daily life skills and daycare also are part of teacher roles.
Candidates with skills in Japanese language will have preference, considering communication with children's guardians as part of job duties.



Candidate's profile:
-Be a NATIVE English speaker with a bachelor's degree and/or equivalent for child care/education
-Have proven experience with children between 1,5 and 6 years old, with references.
-MINIMUM of 2 years experience as full time kindergarten for room teacher position.
-Minimum of 3 years for Management + 2 year experience as manager for management position
-Minimum of 1 year experience as kindergarten teacher for class support position.
-Capability to build class lesson plans independently and as part of a group
-Commitment of 1 year at least
-Be self-motivated and flexible
-Have a positive attitude and real passion to teach little children
-EXTROVERTED CHARACTER WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
-References in Japan and abroad

Conditions:
-Full time position (8 work hours a day)
-Regular position for non manager:
¥230,000 yen/month for classes support positions;
¥259,000 yen/month for room teacher positions,
¥280,000/month for management positions
-Transport compensation: ¥15,000/month (max)
-Career plan for medium and long term employees.
