Here at LanCul, we're looking for people with strong English communication skills and work experience in an English-speaking organization. The candidate must currently reside in Japan with a valid working visa (student / working holiday is OK!)

▼Position Details

This is a real opportunity to develop your skills at a dynamic and fast-growing start-up in Tokyo.
Your main duties would be leading conversations between small groups of up to seven. We have a wide range of customers mostly from their twenties to their forties. Additional administrative work will include assisting in scheduling, events, and possibly recruiting.

Working hours: Minimum of 3,4 hours/day, 5 days a week
Shifts: 2-6 PM or/and 6-10 PM (hours can be increased!)
Remuneration: A minimum of 100,000 JPY per month based on 20 hours (and increasing to 220,000 JPY depending on the number of hours worked) + incentives and a transportation allowance of up to 1,500 JPY/day

Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified applicants and position after successfully passing the in-person interviews. *In order to process the working visa, the applicant must have proper residency in Japan valid until six months after entering our company.

Please note that this position will require you to work in multiple branches. Our Mates are assigned a team according to their home address.

Team A: Shimokitazawa, Jiyugaoka, Daikanyama, and Shinjuku
Team B: Omotesando, Ochanomizu, Ueno, Shinagawa and Ikebukuro
