Part time English Teacher/Child care for 3-12years old kids（到期)

Best Buddy:

for children aged 3 – 12.
Our mission is that BestBuddy will bring GLOBALIZATION to Japanese
children so that they will grow up to be active members of a global
world!

We need your help! We want to grow Japanese children's understanding
of the world for the sake of global peace!

Our policy is to nurture children in a comfortable English-speaking
environment where they can listen to and speak English in a natural
way.
With native English speaking staff, we aim to make a relaxed and
friendly atmosphere for the children so that they can both enjoy and
lean English here simultaneously.

Salary:
Hourly basic rate: ¥1000–¥4000
Rate is negotiable based on your experience/shift times etc.

Company Benefit:
•Transportation allowance of ¥10,000 per month.
•Possibility to become a Full-time employee and receive health
insurance and other benefits.
•VISA support if needed.

Shift availability:
•Monday to Saturday
National holidays and Sunday are usually off except the event.

You can choose your favorite date and time.

Example:
9 hours per day included a one hour break.
4 hours per day
1~3 days per week ... and more
It is possible to increase the amount of days you wish to work as our schedule is very flexible.
We have some events such as excursions on Saturdays and Sundays and in the morning on Summer program, Halloween, Christmas and Winter program...etc. For these events, we will ask if you wish to participate one month in advance.


Example of Daily work:
⁃ Provide interesting and fun experiences for our students
⁃ Create programs and activities; plan and lead the students
⁃ Enjoy exercise, craft, mobile games, reading and enjoying afternoon tea together with the children.

We are looking for people whom:
⁃ Enjoy to play with children
⁃ Have passion and enthusiasm to communicate with children
⁃ Have great creativity in making unique programs and activities
⁃ Are willing to work as a team
⁃ Are interested in English education for young learners

Qualifications:
⁃ Enjoy to play with children
⁃ Experience working at Kindergarten/preschool/after-school/English conversation
school/international school are preferable
⁃ Teacher’s license for nursery/kindergarten/elementary school/any
child care license are preferable.
- Big advantage for the ability of making curriculums by MS office etc.
