<Qualification>
The candidate must have
･minimum 2 years English teaching experience to students or adults
･bachelor of art or science
Preferably have
･Teaching experience of TOEFL or IELTS prep course
･TESOL or CELTA degree or diploma
･A teaching license of the candidates’ country
･Teacher training experience or teacher trainer experience

<Daily work>
･Conducting English classes to junior and senior high school students
･Assisting the promotion of the courses that the employee are going to take on
･Assisting the development of the curriculum for the courses
･Planning and conducting teacher training for our teachers
･Preparing the materials for the courses and the classes
･Reporting to Business Development Director, writing documents, email and reports
･Assisting Business Development Director’s Duties

<Salary & Benefits>
･￥300,000 ～ ￥400,000/month,
＊Depending on experience and skills
･Transportation allowance (Up to ￥50,000/month)

<Working Conditions>
･Working hours:10:00～19:00 / 14:00～23:00(depending on the shift) 9hours/day (including 1 hour break)
･Working days: 5 days/week, Monday～Friday or Tuesday～Saturday

<Holidays>
･110 days off/year
･Saturdays & Sundays off or Sundays & Mondays off (Depending on the shift)
･Summer holiday, year end holiday
･Paid holiday (10 days first year. Entitled to have paid holidays 6 months after the start of the contract)
