About the Position:
G.academy NOVA is currently looking for confident, outgoing and energetic native English speakers to teach English conversation in Imabari at our Imabari AEON Shopping Center branch.

Duties:
• Teach children and adults conversational English in 40-minute lessons for 37 lessons per week.
• Support branch sales initiatives.
• Provide a high level of customer service to our clients.

Benefits:
• Up to 240,000 yen/month starting salary.

• Native English speaker (full education in English)

About Instructors:
Instructors at G.academy NOVA teach students of all ages in small group settings. The curriculum, materials, and training are fully provided and follow an easy to pick up format for both you and the students.

More than just teaching vocabulary and grammar, we provide our students with the tools they need to practice, experiment, and develop their abilities in a casual environment.

To this end, we're looking for those who can personalize lessons, make learning fun and add their own flair to the classroom. About the Contract:
– Location
This position is located in Imabari in Ehime Prefecture, Japan, however we do have other positions in Western Japan available.

– Remuneration
Salary starts at up to ¥240,000 a month for 37 lesson/week contracts with quarterly opportunities for salary increases based on ability.

– Details
The position on offer is for a 37-lesson contract. We also employ instructors under 34-lesson, 32-lesson, and 25-lesson contracts. If we believe you are right for us, we will do our best to find a working arrangement that suits your needs. Instructors start with 10 paid holidays, usable 6 months into their contract. G.academy NOVA offers a very flexible shift-swap policy. This contract is for 1 year and is renewable based upon performance. For those needing visa sponsorship, a bachelor's degree from an accredited university is a must.

G.academy is a Japanese company specializing in educational services in Asia and the US. This position is offered through the Western Division of the company, which operates NOVA conversation schools on Honshu in Okayama, Hiroshima, and Yamaguchi, as well as throughout Shikoku, Kyushu and Okinawa.
