Teacher, Instructor（期限切れ）

UP Inc. is a well-established educational brand in the Osaka and Kobe areas and we are looking for full-time native English instructors for our Juku branch.

STARTING DATE
- As soon as possible

LOCATION
- Various locations in Nishinomiya, Takarazuka, Sanda, and Osaka (Toyonaka)

SALARY
- 280,000 yen monthly (The first 2-month will be probationary period)
- Transportation reimbursed within company standards

CONTRACT
- 1-year contract which can be renewed based on job performance.

WORK SCHEDULE
- 5 days a week between Monday and Saturday
- 7 hours a day between 11:00-22:00
- 35 hours a week (includes a 60 min. break each day)
- Teach English to students 8 years old to 15 years old

YEARLY SCHEDULE & HOLIDAYS
- 110 scheduled days off
- 10 paid vacation days after 6 months (with over 80% attendance)
- Must work most national holidays
- Time off during Golden Week, Summer and New Years

VISA
-Sponsorship available (Applicants must meet immigration requirements)

DUTIES
- Teach English to students with class sizes up to around 5-30 students
- Plan and develop English teaching materials
- Continuously improve the current curriculum
- Plan, prepare, and carry out seasonal events (Summer/Halloween/Christmas/etc.)
- Conduct English language training for Japanese staff

REQUIREMENTS
- Native or near-native English speaker
- Residing in the Kansai area

PREFERRED
- Experience teaching students 8 years old – 15 years old
- Special skills that you can contribute to improve our curriculum (e.g. design, graphics, computers skills, game design, music, video editing, physical fitness activities, sports, etc.)
