• Professional support is provided by a flexible, responsive, and experienced team.
• Remuneration is ¥280,000, although those possessing a TESOL-related master’s degree receive a higher starting salary.
• The monthly salary is not reduced during summer, winter, and spring vacations.

Those who we feel have the potential to be successful teachers for our client school will be invited to participate in an in-person interview at our office in Ichigaya.

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:
• a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

• a positive attitude and a readiness to work with students, staff and teachers, both Japanese and non-Japanese, as well as with our off-site office and executive team
• a base level of technical proficiency required to use online tools to compose and share lesson plans with our office and other teachers within the company
