WING Inc. is currently recruiting for an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) in Chiba area starting April 2020.

If you are interested in teaching English at an Elementary School and living in a country side of Japan at the same time, or if you have a little bit of Japanese skills, you will be a qualified teacher for this position!

Description: You will be an Assistant Language Teacher or ALT at the Japanese Educational Institution or Board of Education in Chiba. Your major work place will be at an Elementary School. You will also visit Kindergarten once a week. You will sometimes help translating for the City Officers.

Work places: Main work place is at an Elementary School. You will also teach at 1 Kindergarten (on Tuesdays only) and extra work at the City Office of Mutsuzawa Town in Chiba prefecture.

Work schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 17:00 pm
few Saturdays in a year for a special occasion/events.

Compensation: 230,000 yen base salary plus 20,000 yen of Perfect Attendance Bonus.

*Please take note that there are some reductions in August and December due to Summer and Winter holidays. (Summer: 60% of your base salary; Winter: 80% of your base salary. There will be no perfect attendance bonus on these months)

Contract period: April 2020 to March 2021 (1 year renewable depending on your performance)

Benefits:

Requirements:
1. BA/BS degree
2. Has a Japanese driver's license and able to drive OR be able to travel by bike/bicycle
3. Has an own vehicle or bike/bicycle
4. Teaching experience is a plus (not necessary)
5. Japanese skills are plus
