Pre-School Teacher to start IMMEDIATELY (expired)

Maple Kids is looking to hire a great teacher to start IMMEDIATELY in our Joshin school.

Maple Kids was established in 2008 and has been steadily growing every year. We have 2 convenient locations in Nagoya and both are within 30 seconds walk from Kakuozan and Joshin stations.

We are only looking for teachers who are hard-working, enjoy working with young children, able to be creative, and always on time. Teaching degree and/or experience teaching pre-school is preferred but not necessary.

Maple Kids staff will help with the making and preparing of the curriculum, planning, and preparation for class but also we are open to giving the teacher their own freedom to do activities and classes of their own design. Pre-school classes are a max of 10 students ranging from 1.5 to 4 years old. All pre-school teachers are accompanied by a Japanese assistant teacher. Afternoon classes range in size (about4-6 students) and age (3-14 years old)

All employees MUST be:
- able to work with others, keep classroom clean, and who is enjoyable to be around;
- able to teach a class of young children with an assistant.
- able to create their own curriculum
- to be enthusiastic, fun, hard working, flexible, clean, and take pride in their work.

Working hours: about 5-7 hours a day (9:30-2:30 + 2-3 Hours of afternoon classes)
5 days a week + a few days a year of lesson planning.
