Description

OTC, established in Osaka in 1973, is one of Japan's leading language training companies. Branch offices were opened in Tokyo in 1982 and Nagoya in 1988. Today, OTC has grown into a company of 340 employees with over 400 clients.

We are looking for full-time native English instructors for a private senior high school in Kichijoji. Here is some information about the position.

Period: April 1, 2018 through March 31, 2019
Workdays: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Working hours: 08:20 - 16:30 (Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri), 08:20 - 12:30 (Saturday)
Remuneration: 280,000 yen per month, except August (220,000 yen) + 60,000 yen perfect attendance bonus & 60,000 yen completion bonus payable in April, 2019
Transportation: fully reimbursed

Preference will be given to a qualified candidate who:
1) is a native speaker of English with a university degree from an accredited institution
2) has a minimum of two years experience teaching the language (preferably solo) at junior and senior high schools in the Japan
3) has some proficiency in day-to-day spoken Japanese

1) passport
2) Residence Card
3) university diploma
4) relevant teaching certification (CELTA, TEFL, etc.)
5) copy of resume
