Native English teacher for kids


Working Conditions

Salary:
Base salary of ¥250,000 monthly. Structured pay-rise system and career advancement opportunities based on experience, ability and performance.

Bonus:
Attractive performance-related bonuses available

Contract:
One-year contract with an option to extend. The number of extensions are unlimited with contract terms negotiable in length.

Work Hours:
Instructors work 8 hours a day, including a 1 hour paid lunch break. Instructors work 5-day weeks, most often this is Tuesday to Saturday. In most cases, schools are open weekdays 13:00~21:00 and weekends 10:00~18:00. Schedules may differ school by school.

Holidays and Leave:
Twenty paid vacation days a year which fall predominantly on the three main holidays in Japan; Golden Week, Obon and New Year.
