The sub (stand-by) only position will be available from April in Chiba City.
This stand-by only position is for the elementary school and JHS in Chiba City. We will call you between 6:00 and 6:30 AM when our ALT calls in sick or other reason who can not make it to the school.
We will pay you the basic salary of yen50,000 per month and transportation up to yen15,000.- per month. If your teaching days becomes more than 10 days in a month, we will pay you yen11,000 per day.
The qualification is as follows:
1. Native English Speaker
2. Since you may be teaching in elementary school, conversational Japanese ability is preferable.
3. Previous teaching experience is a plus.
