● Applicant must be able to interview in Japan, at our main school in Saitama

● Training should start in March, with the full-time contract to start in early April

● Position would be mainly at Kawagoe school branch with one or two days working at the main branch in Asakadai as well.

● Teachers for this position need not to be from traditionally native speaking countries if they posses appropriate experience and skills and have strong fluency in English.

● Full-time position, 40 hours per week, 8 hours maximum per day

● One-year, renewable contract

● Maximum 24 teaching hours per week

● Monday through Friday weekly schedule. Base is from 2 pm to 10 pm, but schedule can vary slightly from day to day but weekly schedule is fixed through out the year.

● There will be a minimum two-week initial paid training/orientation period before the full-time contract is signed; if the candidate is offered the full-time position after this training period, the salary will be determined by the candidate's experience, qualifications, and performance during this training period

● ￥250,000 starting per month, to be determined from the candidate's qualifications, experience, and performance during training

● Main school is located approximately 1 minute from Asakadai Station (朝霞台), on the Tobu Tojo Line (東武東上), about 20 minutes to Ikebukuro

● All transportation costs are reimbursed, based on routes decided by the school

● Employee's Health Insurance System and Japan Pension Service programs included in employment

● Some housing assistance available, in the school area

● It is highly preferable that applicants be comfortable teaching English conversation classes (maximum 6 students) to pre-school school-aged children, elementary-aged children, junior and senior high school students, and adults

● FEN teachers must work well independently as well as in groups, with both Japanese and non-Japanese staff members
