Teach Children in Taishi Hyogo (expired)

The placement will be in Elementary schools and Junior High School throughout Tiashi town, where the ALT will assist as a team teacher and help plan English lessons under a schedule created by GLAD and the Board of Education.

Position Requirements:
・Must be a native speaker of English, or have acquired an education in English for at least 12 years.
・Must have completed a University Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in English countries.
・Must have a valid visa status that allows you to live and work in Japan (Visa sponsorship available)
・Must have a driver's license to commute to schools.

Contract dates:
April 2018 - March 2019

Conditions:
・Monthly base salary is 230,000-250,000 per month.
・Monday to Friday. Between 8:00 am to 16:30 pm (Depending on schools. More details TBA)
・Transportation costs will be covered at a certain rate per month. (Car and travel expenses included)
・Days off include weekends, National Holidays, and other holidays set on the Board of Education's school calendar.

About Taishi Town:

Taishi is a town located in Ibo District, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. As of May 1, 2017, the town has an estimated population of 34,336. Originally the Ibo District was divided into three towns (Ibogawa, Shingū, Mitsu). In October 2005 the three towns along with the town of Tatsuno merged into a single city bearing the name of Tatsuno. The merger left Taishi as the sole remaining independent town of the Ibo District. It is only approximately 1 hour from Himeji City and 1 and a half hours from Kobe. The perfect place for people who want to live in the countryside, but still be easily connected to main shopping areas.

Schools can be accessed by train but more convenient if you can drive to commute to schools.
