Full-Time Children's English Teacher (expired)

That! English School is seeking a FT Native English teacher for an English school in Saitama City.

<Job Responsibilities>
• Work effectively with other teachers and staff to promote a team approach to teaching.
• Plan activities, games and group activities using the school curriculum to encourage students to learn the material and communicate in English.
• Prepare effectively for daily lessons.
• Perform tasks including planning lessons and evaluating student performance.
• Find ways to make lessons engaging and ensure that each student is keeping up with the material.
•Participate in holiday events, trial lessons, and annual level testing.
•To assist with the regular running of the school (greet customers, talk with parents, school decorating for events)

<Working Hours>
• 40 hour work week
Holidays : National holidays, Obon & Winter holidays, One week paid holiday

<Qualifications>
• Bachelor’s Degree(in education preferred)
• TESL Certificate
• Experience teaching children

<Contract>
One-year contract which can be renewed based on job performance.
