We are looking to recruit a lead teacher for an exciting new school, who can demonstrate good professional skills and has a lot of experience in teaching young learners in addition to adults.

Michael International School is a brand-new school in Himeji, teaching both After School "eikawa-style" courses and Preschool.

Mornings consist of teaching a small class of two year old children in a preschool setting.

Afternoon classes are with elementary aged students through to high school, where lessons are conducted using the Cambridge English curriculum. These lessons are known as the "Academy" where students will learn in a small group or even one-on-one with the teacher to begin learning English.

Promising candidates will be Native English speakers with a Bachelor's Degree. As our school is new, there is ample opportunities for collaborating with the school owners to create a clear vision for the school's future.

This position begins in April.


<Requirements>
・Native level English
・Must currently live in Japan
・Being sincere, genuine, and self-motivated.
・Willingness to make our preschool better together.
・Strong intention to learn the Japanese culture and language.

Professional experience teaching English to children in an eikaiwa setting along with Japanese language skills are highly preferred, but not necessary.
