Very good IT-skills; Excel, Word, PowerPoint. CRM-software and web marketing tools
Description
Main tasks
• Provide professional advice and support to Swiss companies for market entry and expansion in Japan
• Plan and execute specific client projects
• Conduct market research, competition & customer analyses
• Plan and execute meeting and event programs for individual Swiss companies, industry associations, and trade missions
• Maintain and grow a network of industry experts and commercial partners
• Attend meetings and events in Switzerland as visitor and/or speaker
• Plan and execute events in cooperation with internal and external partners
• Office management and administrative tasks related to export promotion projects
• Attend conferences, seminars, trade fairs in Japan
• Write reports to identify and generate business opportunities for Swiss companies
• Translation/interpretation services Japanese/English
• Other tasks related to the Swiss Business Hub or the embassy in general
