ビジネスにおけるプロの女性を対象としたハンドメイドレディースアパレル、急速にビジネスを拡大している「kay me」は現在、フルタイムのWeb開発者を探しています。

任務:
当社では、東京に拠点を置くハンドメイド高級ドレスの発注数を計画、スケジュール管理・調整ができる方を探しています。日本国内にある工場とのやり取り、製品をスケジュール通りに管理することです。 コスト管理が重要な任務の1つになり、コスト管理とともに品質も重視していただきます。 また、日本国内にある5店舗とコミュニケーションをとり、東京にいるデザイナーが考えたセールスポイントや、デザインコンセプトを店舗スタッフが理解できるように商品説明を書くこともお任せします。きちんとメッセージが生産から販売まで確実に伝わるようにするため、マーケティング部門との緊密なチームワークが重要となります。

役割:
• 生産コストを管理し、予想される需要に応じて発注数を調整する
• スケジュール通りに生産管理をするため、製品の発注数に関して工場とやり取りをする
• サプライヤーと交渉し、クリエイターである職人との関係を築く
• 各製品の商品説明を書く(日・英 - 後で校正がはいります)
• マーケティングチームと協力して、顧客がオムニチャネルでの販売を確実に届ける
• デザインチームと緊密に協力し、アイディアを具現化

必要スキル、経験
アパレル業界、とくに生産管理での経験をお持ちの方。MS Excelスキル、ビジネスに関する高い洞察力と分析スキルを持っている必要があります。
歓迎スキル:Adobeのグラフィックソフトウェアの知識がある方。 ネイティブレベルの日本語と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる英語力。

就業時間:週40時間。当社の変化するスケジュールに対して柔軟に対応していただきます。

入社時期:できるだけ早期

報酬:350~600万円(経験による)

‘kay me’ – a rapidly growing Japanese brand of handmade ladies’ apparel targeting professional business women - is now seeking a production manager for a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and adjusting order numbers for our handmade luxury dress range based in Tokyo. The role will involve communicating with our factories across Japan, and organising the timely delivery of our apparel lines. Cost management will be one of your key responsibilities, ensuring that quality remains a priority, while costs are managed and optimised. The role will also require some basic product description writing, communicating with our five retail stores across Japan and ensuring they understand the design concepts and sales points from the designers in Tokyo. Close teamwork with the marketing division will be an important daily role to ensure that the message carries across our family from production to retail.

Role:
• Manage costs for production and adjust order numbers to meet expected demand
• Project sales numbers and communicate with our factories to ensure timely delivery
• Negotiate with suppliers and forge relationships with our artisan creators
• Write product descriptions for each item (in Japanese and English – English will be proofread afterwards)
• Work with the marketing team to ensure that our customers receive a truly omni-channel experience
• Work closely with the design team to ensure their visions become a reality


Skills and Qualifications:
Must have an apparel background in production, strong MS Excel skills, good business acumen and analytical skills. Preferable: Competency in Adobe’s graphic software suite. Native Level Japanese and positive communicator in English

Hours: A 40-hour work week with flexibility needed to adapt to the fast paced schedule of our company.
Availability: Immediately
Salary: 3.5-6 million yen in line with experience
