We are a rapidly growing mobile game development studio, with our flagship app becoming the #1 RPG in over 100 countries and getting over 20 million downloads. We are currently looking for a talented graphic designer to elevate the visual presentation of our games and marketing to the next level.

Job Description:
Our ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, has initiative, has a strong sense of ownership, is flexible, and willing to take on tasks outside their comfort zone.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the visual presentation of our games, advertisements, and promotional materials are visually distinct and appealing to our target audiences. Your tasks will include (but not limited to):

Designing different screenshots for our games with different approaches to see which one best communicates the game’s appeal to potential new players.
Helping design in-game UI and ensuring the quality of its visual presentation.
Propose designs for various logos and other graphic design needs for our games and marketing.
Create and/or modify game assets for use in our games, advertisements, and promotional materials.

Position Requirements:
- Business level English or Japanese
- Able to come into the office 5 days a week
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Self-motivated and committed to quality work
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Due to the nature of the work, a remote work arrangement is unavailable for this position.

Nice-to-Haves
- Proficiency in any language aside from English or Japanese
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe After Effects
- Experience with comic lettering

Selection Process:
1. Trial Task Graphic Designer will be tasked with both graphic design and lettering.
2. Interviews (1 - 2rounds)
