About the Opportunity:

We are actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our part-time daycare team in the vibrant cities of Yokohama and Tokyo. With multiple locations across Kanto, including the exciting new school in Setagaya that opened in January 2024, you'll have a chance to be part of something exceptional.

Preferred Locations:


Setagaya School (Sakura Shinmachi)
Yokohama School (Minatomirai)

What We Offer:

An inclusive hourly rate, starting at 1,220 yen and increasing up to 1,350 yen based on experience and performance.
Transportation coverage up to 35,000 yen.
Paid leave based on days worked.

Qualifications:

Valid Japan work visa.
Experience in customer service or a related field.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Access to reliable transportation.
Advocacy for diversity and inclusion programs.
Physical and mental fitness to meet job demands.

Bonus Skills:

Ability to play musical instruments.
Proficiency in Japanese language.
Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin language.
Valid first aid qualifications.
Preschool, Kindergarten, or ECE qualifications.
