【Job Description】
As customer service representative in an international team, you will be offering Japanese and English support in the form of answering inquiries, arranging appointments, etc. for car rentals, medical institutions, among other services. You will be responsible for communicating both with the users as well as the service providers.

+ Mail, Phone (Japanese & English)
+ Appointment arrangement, data entry (Japanese & English)

【Necessary skills】
+ English: Business Advanced level
- Being able to respond to all kinds of messages including complaints via phone, mail and chat
+ Japanese: Business Advanced level (Reading and writing Kanji is also necessary)
- Being able to respond to all kinds of messages including complaints via phone, mail and chat
+ Experience in customer support or in customer service related jobs

【Desired skills】
+ People who are able to work on weekends and holidays (this position uses a shift system, so if you cannot work on weekends and holidays at all, please refrain from applying)
+ Additionally to English and Japanese, people who speak other languages

【Working time】
5 days a week (including weekends) Shift system
Working time is 8 hours between 08:00-23:00hrs (1 hour break). Shifts are as follows:
①08:00~17:00(1hr break)
②10:00~19:00(1hr break)
③14:00~23:00(1hr break)
