Laurus International School of Science requires enthusiastic and experienced individuals for the position of Preschool/ Kindergarten Nursery Teacher, working with young learners aged from 1.5 - 6 yrs old. Candidates must be English speakers. Applicants should have a background in early childhood education and teaching experience in a school setting. Preference will be given to teachers currently in Japan with more than three years experience. Japanese language ability is not a requirement.

We are not simply looking for Nursery Teachers, although this skill-set is highly valued. We offer our students a multicultural learning environment and a full immersion English language programme.

As a Nursery Teacher you would be working within a dynamic team, educating a class of international and internationally minded students in Tokyo. We teach a comprehensive curriculum tailored to lead into our Cambridge registered Primary School. There are also opportunities to work with students of all ages and abilities in our after-school classes.
Teachers who possess a BA or an MA in Early Childhood Education are encouraged to apply!
