YEEELL is a Japan-based company specializing in influencer management and social media operations. We focus on growing digital communities and sharing Japanese culture through platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

We are currently seeking talented, creative individuals to help us expand our global presence through influencer development and social media content operations.

What You’ll Be Working On

Supporting our first global influencer, Shelby, as she grows her accounts:
– TikTok: @shelbyscafediary
– Instagram: @shelbyscafediary
– YouTube: Shelby's Cafe Diary

Assisting in the operation of international Japanese football-related social media accounts.

Launching and growing your own influencer account as part of our brand.

Main Responsibilities
・Planning and shooting content
・Video and visual editing
・Creating designs for football-related social media posts
・Posting and engaging with followers
・Analyzing account performance
・Preparing proposals and reports

Language Requirements
・English: Native-level fluency
・Japanese: Advanced level (able to communicate with Japanese staff in business settings)

・Friendly and charismatic communicators, comfortable in front of a camera
・Deeply interested in Japanese culture, products, and places
・Passionate about discovering new places/things and sharing them creatively on social media
・Curious about global trends and excited to engage with international fans

Preferred Skills
・Video production skills (shooting and editing)
・Social media design skills
・Experience managing social media accounts with high engagement
・Strong writing and communication abilities
・Able to work independently and collaboratively
・Excellent time management and organizational skills

This role goes beyond a typical staff position — we’re seeking someone who can thrive as an employee-influencer. You’ll play a key role in our content efforts, while also growing your own presence as a creator under the YEEELL brand, contributing to both your personal account and collaborative projects as needed.
