● Stable, fulfilling and full-time work starting from Fall 2025 & earlier (if living in Japan) or Spring 2026 (if living overseas).
● Monthly salaries ranging from 220,000-250,000 yen, enrollment in social insurance/health care and support every step of the way

🗾 Applying from Japan - Join us in Fall 2025 (or earlier)
If you live in Japan and hold the appropriate resident or working visa type, we are looking to hire for positions starting from September or sooner- you could become an ALT in a matter of days if we have an opening that fits you. Those with prior ALT experience, the ability to drive in Japan and/or are open to relocation will get priority consideration. Additionally, part-time positions are possible in select areas for domestic applicants.

For those applying from overseas, this is your chance to join us for the new school year next spring. Start your journey by applying today. The window of opportunity isn't open forever, so the sooner you apply the higher your chances are of being in Japan by this time next year.

⚠️ Requirements:
If you are applying from overseas or in Japan and seeking visa sponsorship, you must
● Be a university graduate holding a bachelor's degree or higher.
● You also need to have had 12 years of education where English was the main language of instruction used for all classes (i.e. all classes were taught primarily in English).
Both of these are necessary to be eligible for visa sponsorship, and are non-negotiable.

However, you do not need to come from a country where English is the native language to be an ALT. As long as your educational history had the above-mentioned 12 years (such as attending a bilingual school or living abroad), you can be eligible to work as an ALT too.
