Overview
・Nostal Homes Inc. is a fast-growing real estate tech startup based in Japan and the U.S.
・We help international clients buy, renovate, and manage vacation properties across Japan—often for use as Airbnb rentals.
・We’re looking for a bilingual and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Success Manager to join our fully remote team.

Job Description
・Engage with global clients to understand their goals and handle property transactions or solutions
・Coordinate with local vendors (cleaners, contractors, furniture suppliers, etc.)
・Manage renovation or Airbnb setup projects across Japan
・Support clients in both English and Japanese, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
・Handle inquiries and ensure client satisfaction from start to finish
・Propose improvements based on customer feedback and on-the-ground operations

Working Conditions
・Contract type: Freelance / Contract
・Location: Fully remote (must be based in Japan or able to work JST hours)
・Working hours: Flexible (evenings and weekends welcome)
・Hourly rate: ¥250,000–(based on experience and skills)

Requirements
Must-Have:
・Business-level English and Japanese
・Excellent communication and coordination skills
・Comfortable using Slack, Notion, Google Workspace

Nice-to-Have:
・Experience with Airbnb setup or hospitality operations
・Knowledge of real estate or renovation in Japan
・Sales or customer support experience with international clients
