Join our dynamic team at “LOST,” a recently-opened cocktail bar in the heart of Shibuya. Only a 3 minute walk
from the famous Shibuya Crossing. We pride ourselves on creating a happy and energetic work environment
while delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our patrons. As a premier
destination for locals and tourists alike, we offer a sophisticated ambiance, an extensive selection of beverages,
and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of our operation.

We are currently hiring for these positions:
1. Full-time Bartenders (2+ Years Cocktail Bartending Experience)

2. Full-time Floor Staff


1) Experienced Bartender - Full Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking talented & experienced bartenders with at least 2 years of bartending experience in cocktail bars,
a keen attention to detail, and a passion for growing as a bartender. This position is an exciting opportunity to
showcase your skills and grow in a friendly multi-cultural, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

Requirements:
- A VALID visa for full-time bar work (we do not sponsor).
- At least 2 years of bartending experience in a cocktail bar.
- Fluency in either Japanese or English.
- A minimum of conversational Japanese language ability to receive training in Japanese.
- Passion in bartending as a career.
- Knowledge of cocktails and various liquors
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for expressing Japanese culture.
- Humility and willingness to adapt.

Responsibilities:
- Passionately craft cocktails and drinks to order.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, enhancing their experience.
- Maintain bar cleanliness
- Collaborate with other bartenders, hall staff, and management to help build a cohesive and ego-free
environment.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Working Hours & Days:
- Various Shifts available - more details to be provided in the interview.
- Individuals with flexible working schedules and willingness to work longer days are a plus. Compensation will be
provided accordingly.
- Two Days off per week.

Compensation:
- Starting at 350,000+ JPY per month depending on experience.
NOTE:
- 3-month probationary period required for all employees.

2) Hall Staff - Full Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking talented full-time & part-time Floor Staff / Servers to join our team at “LOST”. This position is an
exciting opportunity to join a multicultural team of passionate individuals in an enthusiastic and dynamic
environment.

Requirements:
- A VALID visa for full-time/part-time bar work (we can not sponsor).
- Fluency in English required, Japanese ability is a plus! (Additional Japanese ability may come with
compensation depending on proficiency).
- Excellent multitasking abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Knowledge or desire to learn about classic contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, nihonshu, and shochu.
- Customer service experience - a default demeanor to providing bright and cheery service.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization around the bar.
- Passion for Japan and spreading Japanese culture in a positive manner.
- Humility and willingness to adapt.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Taking orders, clearing tables, and engaging in
conversation with customers.
- Collaborate with other team members, bartenders, and managers to uphold the highest standards of quality and
consistency throughout the bar.
- Prepare food dishes, clean tables, cleaning around the bar, and wash dishes as needed.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Providing an exceptional experience for our patrons.

Working times:
- Various Shifts available - more details to be given in the interview.
- Individuals with flexible working schedules and willingness to work longer days are a plus. Compensation will be
provided accordingly.
- Two Days off per week.

- PT Shifts available starting from 1 day a week or “as needed”. Please inquire.

Compensation:
- Starting at 260,000+ JPY depending on experience and skills.
- Part-time from 1400 JPY per hour or more depending on experience and skills.

Note:
- 3-month probationary period required for all employees.

Location:
3 - 5 minutes walk from Shibuya station.
Salary, working hours, and working days are open for negotiation.
Currently our open hours are from WEDNESDAY – SUNDAY 2pm-11pm, but we are looking to expand that as
well.
