■ Hours and Location:
- Workdays: Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work for special events).
- Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Location: Mito-City, Hitachi Oota-City, Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture. On location in a Japanese Kindergarten.

■ Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly salary of ¥300,000.
- Transportation cost coverage up to ¥10,000/month.
- Weekends off (excluding special events).

■ Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging English lessons to children aged 3-12 utilizing GrapeSEED curriculum.
- Collaborate with kindergarten teachers during morning PE class, integrating English into activities.
- Develop and implement themed non-GrapeSEED lessons twice a month, encouraging creativity and active participation.
- Foster English language usage during meal and snack times, as well as on the playground.
- Participate enthusiastically in school events such as Field Trips, Summer Festival, and Sports Day.
- Prepare kindergarten students for English performances, showcasing their language skills during the Winter Recital.

■ Qualifications:
- Proficiency in singing.
- A genuine enjoyment of interacting with both students and colleagues.
- Ability to memorize songs, chants, and stories.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient/native English level.
- Basic understanding of Japanese language is a plus.
- Possession of an international or Japanese driver’s license (due to rural location) is a plus.
- Cultural sensitivity and self-awareness.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
- A commitment to lifelong learning and a collaborative team spirit.
- Previous experience teaching in Japanese preschools or familiarity with GrapeSEED curriculum is a plus.
