Main Requirements:
• Experience: Two or more years of ALT teaching experience in Japan
• Language Skills: Japanese Level N3 and above
• License: Japanese Driver’s License

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead substitute lessons and execute various training programs.
• Conduct lesson observations and provide constructive feedback.
• Plan and execute engaging events.

Home Office Location:
• Nagoya

Contract Details:
• Type: Fixed-term, one-year full-time position
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:45-17:45
• Compensation: ¥1,600/hour (approx. ¥250,000-¥280,000/month) with overtime paid
according to Japanese labor law, including a transportation allowance of up to
¥30,000/month.
• Starting in April, become a company employee
