PT Preschool Teacher (Kansai area)（期限切れ）

Private preschool in Kobe city is looking for an energetic native English speaker to join its staff from April 2025.

Location: 12min. walk from Suma station (JR Kobe Line)
Day: 48 days/year (average once a week, Tuesday or Thursday)
*Complete schedule for the year will be provided before April.
**Requests from the teacher will be considered.
Hours: 0830-1230

Responsibilities include welcoming the students at the school entrance in the morning, classroom greetings, providing "lessons" (ie. fun activities) alongside the Japanese teacher for each class. Class length ranges from 15-20min. per class depending on the age group (3-6yrs); class sizes range from 20-30 children per class. Focus is placed on engaging the children in fun activities via English interaction (games, songs, etc.).

*Lessons during the last hour may coincide with lunch time, during which the teacher may bring his/her own lunch or partake of the school lunch at 300yen/meal.
*Work days wherein the school is closed due to public holidays shall be scheduled elsewhere on the calendar; dates to be decided by the school and successful candidate at the beginning of the school year or earlier.

- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
