【Event Staff】 Holding Signs & Guiding Customers for GaijinPot EXPO 2024（期限切れ）

We are looking for high-spirited individuals to help us create a great guest experience at GaijinPot EXPO 2024! Join us in this one-day event!

GaijinPot Expo 2024, one of the largest exhibitions for the English-speaking community in Japan, will be held at Akiba Square.



December 7th, 2024 (Sat)


10:00AM~6:00PM (1 hour break)

*In preparation, you’ll be expected to participate in a thirty-minute online interview/orientation


Akiba Square: 2nd floor of Akihabara UDX Building
Akihabara UDX, 4-14-1 Sotokanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 101-0021


One-day part-time worker


8,500 yen / day
*Transport fee is at your expense
*The salary will be deposited in the bank account of your choice on January 15th, 2025


You will be given a t-shirt on the day of the event


You will mainly be asked to station at your designated area outside of the event venue and guide those who are coming to the event. You will be holding an event sign outside, so please make sure to dress warm (coat, gloves, etc.)

Other tasks you may be asked to do (before, during and after the event):
• Organizing lines at the venue entrance
• Helping set up for the event
• Handing out pamphlets and novelties
• Post-event organization


Visas with no hours and activities to be engaged restrictions.
