Autocom Japan Inc. is a quality used car exporter operating worldwide from our head office based in Yokohama.
We are currently looking for new team members who will communicate directly with our international customers.
We welcome applicants with business level ENGLISH.
FRENCH, ARABIC, MYANMAR, BENGALI language skills will be an advantage.
As a member of our sales staff, you will assist our customers throughout the buying process.
PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :
- Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficient computer skills in a windows based environment
SALARY :
- ¥233,307 (Basic Salary ¥189,732 + 30 hour Fixed Overtime Allowance ¥43,575) + Sales Commission + Commuting Expenses (Maximum ¥30,000)
- Monthly Income Examples
A) ¥320,000 (joined 3 years)
B) ¥480,000 (joined 5 years)
WORKING DAYS / HOURS :
- Monday to Friday / 9 hours a day (Including 1 Hour Break)
Shift A : 6:00 - 15:00
Shift B : 10:00 - 19:00
OFFICE LOCATION :
- Yokohama City (Nearest Stations / Minatomirai Line - Bashamichi, JR - Kannai)
CONTRACT TERMS :
- 6 Months to 1 Year (Conditionally Renewable Contract)
HOLIDAYS :
- Saturdays & Sundays / All Public Holidays Are Paid Days-Off / Total 129 Days Off In 2023

- Social Insurance / Paid Vacations
