Role Overview:
As the Head of Teachers, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic direction of our school and ensuring the success of our students. Reporting to the school administration, you will oversee the work of our dedicated team of educators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
- Lead curriculum development initiatives in collaboration with the teaching staff to ensure alignment with educational standards and best practices.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to teachers in implementing effective teaching strategies and instructional techniques.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among teachers, promoting professional growth and development.
- Take a proactive approach to addressing challenges and implementing solutions to enhance the quality of education.
- Serve as a liaison between teachers, school administration, and parents, ensuring open communication and transparency.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of teacher performance, providing constructive feedback and recognition for achievements.
- Actively participate in classroom activities and teacher duties to maintain a strong connection with students and teaching practices.

Desired qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Teaching experience, with a proven track record of success in curriculum development and instructional leadership.
- Strong knowledge of educational pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Proactive and innovative mindset, willing to take initiative and drive positive change.

Trial Period:
The first three months of employment will serve as a trial period to ensure mutual compatibility and alignment with the goals and values of Ivy Prep International School.
