説明
Shin-ei Real Estate Business Co., Ltd. is urgently looking for experienced facility staff to monitor equipment control panels such as fire alarms in the Embassy's facility management room, and to take care of related requests from the Embassy.
This work should be operated 24 hours a day by all staff members, working in the following shift time tables:
A. 7:00 - 16:00 (1 hour break)
B. 13:30 - 22:30 (1 hour break)
C. 23:15 - 7:15 (1 hour break)
Holiday: depending on shift; generally 2 days a week
Workplace: Akasaka, Tokyo
Monthly salary: JPY260,000~JPY310,000
Attendance bonus: 10,000JPY/month
Transportation expenses will be refunded in full.
We offer housing for low cost.
Visa extension sponsorship available for up to 5 years.
For the face-to-face interview, a resume (education background, business experiences, visa status, etc.) in Japanese or English is required.
