School Profile and Description
Sui International Preschool is a small school in the city of Kokubunji, in the Tokyo prefecture. By having a smaller class size, teachers can focus on each individual child’s education and development. We are currently looking for an educator who has experience and passion for early childhood education, and is dedicated to prospering a fulfilling and enriching environment for our school.
Currently, our Kindergarten Class operates with 2 lead teachers. The class is comprised of up to 20 students aged 3 to 6 years, and the base of our educational approach is through inquiry learning. We encourage our students to question, explore, and research the world around them, and aim to provide an environment that freely and safely allows them to do so. Our entire curriculum is designed with this approach in mind. In the morning, each child has time to concentrate or develop research skills in various interest areas. Our classroom offers an array of Montessori materials for the students to use during this time, as well as paints and crafts to express their artistic visions. There are several activities throughout the week, such as book reading, audio story listening, English phonics, and music to create a wholistic educational environment.
As educators who develop positive future members of society, we actively engage with our communities, contribute positively, and serve as excellent role models. Join our community and show your passion for education.
