About the Role:
As a Bilingual HR Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our HR manager in recruiting top talent for hotels and resorts in Niseko. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment efforts, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new hires. This is an excellent opportunity for bilingual individuals with HR experience, hotel/hospitality experience, and a passion for sales and recruitment! 💼

Key Responsibilities:
・Assist HR manager with recruitment efforts
・Conduct interviews and screenings
・Manage onboarding processes for new hires
・Collaborate with various departments to ensure staffing needs are met
・Provide support for HR-related initiatives and projects

Qualifications:
・Fluency in both English and Japanese (business-level proficiency)
・Previous HR experience preferred
・Experience in hotel/hospitality industry is a plus
・Strong communication and interpersonal skills
・Passionate about delivering exceptional service
・Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
