Work Responsibilities:
- Providing English learning services (conversations, lessons, and advice) to our customers
- Encouraging our customers to join our foreign language events

Requirements:
- Must enjoy communicating/interacting with people
- Must possess native-level English fluency and at least a basic understanding of Japanese
- Must be permitted to work in Japan
- Must be a current resident of Japan and a resident card or alien registration card holder
- Must be available to work more than 2 days/week, and more than 5 hours/day

Work Place:
- Kawagoe City, Saitama, Japan (30 minutes from Ikebukuro by train; Kawagoe is a famous historical city, also known as Koedo, meaning “little Edo”)

Work Hours:
- 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (evening shift)
* Evening shift availability advantageous.
* Full-time workers (12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.) will receive a one-hour meal break and 30 minutes of overtime.
* Applicants must be available to work at least 5 hours a day (core time from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.), 2 days a week
* No experience required, as training is provided
* Morning shift (9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) and weekend shift (9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) available
* Accepting applicants available only on weekends

Salary:
¥1,200-¥1,700/hr.
* Salary during training period will be ¥1,200/hr. After training, performance-based pay increases may be considered.

仕事内容：
・お客様サポート任務全般（当社お客様サポートプログラム）
・お客様と電話上で英語によるコミュニケーション（イベント等で対面の場合もある）
・お客様が英語で話せるようになるための様々なアドバイスの提供
・お客様の英会話イベント参加促進

・英語を母国語とし、簡単な日本語なら理解できる方
・発音が綺麗な英語を話す方
・日本での労働が認められている方
・日本国内に居住する方
・週２日以上、一日５時間以上働ける方(フルタイムの場合は一日７時間半働ける方)

労働時間：12:30PM～9:00PMの間（夜シフト）
　※夜シフトで働きたい方が優先となります
　※上記シフトをフルタイムで働いた場合、１時間の休憩と30分の残業を含みます
　※週２日以上、１日最低５時間（コアタイム4PM～9PMを含む）以上働ける方
　※先にトレーニングを受けて頂きます（詳細は面接時にお話しします）
　※週末のみの仕事も可能です
　※昼シフト（9:00AM～5:30PM）、週末シフトでの労働も可能です

給与：時給1,200～1,700円　
※研修期間は時給1200円、その後の時給はスキル等を考慮し決定します
