This is an exciting, demanding, well-paid executive recruiting position in a well-respected firm. *Responsibilities*

Individuals work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual business growth targets. A combination of recruiting, account development and account management skills are required for this position.


Every day is surprisingly different! You’ll be doing a combination of the following:

Ÿ - Prospecting for new business - Meeting hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.

Ÿ - Consulting clients – Educating and making recommendations to clients regarding candidate choices, how to interview, how to avoid a miss-hire.

Ÿ - Providing customer service to existing clients - Ensure their expectations are being exceeded.

Ÿ - Sourcing candidates - Existing database, advertising, internet, business contacts, direct recruiting, and most importantly, referrals.

Ÿ - Meeting with candidates - Evaluate candidates’ skills, competencies and understand their job preferences.



*Salary*

Base + Commission (4 times a year)

For example, 2nd year consultant realistically can earn up to 15 million yen annually



*Requirements*

Ÿ We are searching for individuals with strong communication skills to train up as recruitment professionals with one of the best training programs available.

Ÿ Business level English or Japanese required.
