Requirements
- English: Native level
- Must currently reside in Japan
- Candidate must reside in Tokyo, or in the surrounding areas, and be willing to commute for up to 1 hour, if necessary.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university. A Master's Degree is preferred for some positions.
- Candidate should have at least 5 years of business / corporate experience. Previous teaching experience is preferred, but not required.
- Candidate must be well organized and able to manage his/her own schedule. He/she must also possess valid credentials to work legally in Japan (visa).
- Candidate must be enthusiastic and willing to share his/her cultural and business experience with learners.

Applying trainers must
• Be native or fluent English speakers
• Be dynamic, professional, and mature
• Have good organizational skills
• Be currently living in Japan
• Be culturally sensitive
• Possess excellent communication skills
